1. General and enquiries

These Terms govern the travel design landing page at apexvisionarytech.com (the "Site") operated by apexvisionarytech.com LLC, EDRPOU 20409650, 5 Mykhailivska Street, Office 701, Kyiv, 01001, Ukraine ("we", "us"). By using the Site you accept these Terms under the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII dated 03 September 2015 and the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" No. 3153-IX dated 10 June 2023.

Submitting the enquiry form does not create a booking or guarantee availability. We reply with pre-contractual information under the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" No. 3153-IX dated 10 June 2023 and the Law of Ukraine "On Tourism" No. 324/95-VR dated 15 September 1995. Prices, taxes and fees are indicative and may change until a contract is signed. Travel advertising is identifiable and not misleading under the Law of Ukraine "On Advertising" No. 270/96-VR dated 03 July 1996.

2. Personal data and cookies

We process personal data to answer enquiries on the lawful basis of your consent or our legitimate interest. We provide a privacy notice and data-subject rights under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 3997-IX dated 20 November 2024. We store or access information on your device (cookies) only with prior informed consent, except for strictly necessary technical storage, under the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Communications" No. 1971-IX dated 16 December 2020 and the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 3997-IX dated 20 November 2024.

3. Dispute resolution and contacts

If you have a complaint, contact us first. You may also apply to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection for out-of-court dispute resolution before going to court, as provided by the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" No. 3153-IX dated 10 June 2023.
